Concierge IT was founded by Chris and Alicia Jeanguenat, two people who came to healthcare IT from very different directions — and whose combined backgrounds make us unlike any other managed IT provider serving South Florida’s medical community.
Chris brings over 20 years of hands-on healthcare IT experience. He previously led the medical division of a large national managed service provider, where he oversaw IT operations for medical practices across the country. He holds the Microsoft Azure Administrator certification (AZ-104) and has spent his career building, securing, and managing the technology infrastructure that keeps medical practices running. He has seen firsthand what happens when practices partner with IT companies that treat them like any other business — and he built Concierge IT to be the alternative.
Alicia brings something most IT professionals simply don’t have: clinical perspective. As a Licensed Practical Nurse currently pursuing her RN licensure, with experience in rehabilitation facilities and direct patient care, Alicia understands healthcare from the inside. She knows what it means when a system goes down mid-patient visit. She understands the pressure that doctors, nurses, and office managers are under every single day. That understanding shapes everything about how Concierge IT operates — from how we communicate with your staff to how we prioritize your support requests.
