Managed Services Users — $75 per user
Typically a user who accesses PHI through their own EMR login. May have an email address or access a shared mailbox. Usually excluded from needing a user account: Dental Hygenists, Nurses that share a computer, etc. Contact us if you are not sure.
Windows and Mac Computers — $25 per device
How Many Devices Need Endpoint Protection / Cybersecurity Tools Installed? If they access PHI in any way (emails, EHR access), they need run Windows 11, current on Microsoft patches, and be protected. Our tools satisfy those HIPAA requirements.
Servers
How many servers (On-Prem or in the Cloud) do you have at your practice?
Managed Firewalls / Switches
How many managed firewalls and/or managed switches do you have? Unmanaged switches (like small 5-port hubs) are no charge.
